0. Prophecies and Factions stories aren't linked. They just have hooks to enable characters from one campaign to merge into the other. They're aren't linked to Nightfall either, just some little hooks.

1. The name of Shiro's guild was never mentioned in the game. The only mention of it is at the end of Zen Daijun.

2. Why? Would you rather reuse an old character and make it feel weird for the Nightfall storyline and not have a brand new story?
